On October 8th, I will be running the Run For U-46 5K to raise money for the U-46 Educational Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports students in my School District, U-46. 

This is my second year running in the race and last year I won a medal! Last year's race was my first official 5K. I am excited to run again this year.

My mom says that the money raised by the run will help enhance and fund fine arts programs, after-school clubs and activities, workshops for parents, scholarships for graduating seniors, and so much more!
